Instant Pot -
Add 1/4 cup of water to your Instant Pot and dump just the chicken mixture in. Close lid and set to "seal", turn Instant Pot to high pressure for 8 minutes. Once complete, release the pressure. Follow instructions for the sauce below to finish cook process.
Heat a pan to medium heat and add 1 TBS of olive oil. Once heated add the chicken mixture to the pan and saute ingredients until chicken is fully cooked and golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside and follow instructions below for the sauce to complete your meal.
SWEET + SOUR SAUCE -
This sauce MUST simmer, either in a pan on the stove top OR on the saute setting to get all of the flavors to come together for a perfectly yummy and classic Sweet + Sour Sauce! Simmer for 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat. Add 1 TBS of cornstarch until desired thickness is achieved. Once thickened, add the cooked chicken back into the sauce to coat over everything evenly.
