Sweet and a little savory, perfectly tender… these carrots are a perfect addition to any meal. Try them with our Spinach Artichoke Chicken, Pork Tenderloin, Cheesy Chicken Bake, or Chicken Pillows.
Instant Pot (recommended): Open bag and dump the contents in your instant pot. Add 1 cup water. Secure the lid, set the valve to seal and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes. Quick release pressure, remove carrots from the pot. If desired, you can simmer the sauce in the pot on the “saute" setting and it will create a glaze that you can return the carrots to before serving or even use as a sauce over a simple grilled chicken. Enjoy!
Stovetop: Place carrots in a medium pot, add 1 cup of water and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Stir gently and cook for 10-15 minutes for perfectly soft carrots. Cook less for more crunch, or longer for extra tender carrots. If desired, you can simmer the sauce until reduced down to a glaze that you can return the carrots to before serving or use as a sauce over a simple grilled chicken. Enjoy!
