*Pro-tip: Thaw your freezer meal and remove meat from the bag, setting remaining sauce ingredients safely aside. Heat a pan on the stovetop to a medium-high heat and add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Carefully sear all sides of your tenderloin in the pan to get a carmelized, delicious crust on your meat. Then finish the cook process with your chosen method below. This will add a beautiful crust and give extra flavor! Simmer your sauce until reduced to a glaze. Cut your tenderloin into medallions or shred to serve. INSTANT POT (recommended) - Place freezer meal contents in the instant pot chamber. Seal lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes (2 serving for 5 minutes; 4 serving for 7 minutes; 6 serving for 9 minutes). When complete do a quick release. Optional - remove the meat from the pot and let rest. Turn instant pot to the saute setting and simmer the sauce to thicken into a glaze. If you like your glaze thicker (think of a more gravy-like consistency, but sweet!) then add 1 TBS of cornstarch and whisk it in until all the lumps are fully dissolved before turning to simmer. Serve sauce on the side of your pork loin and enjoy! OVEN - Set your oven to 375 degrees. Place contents of your freezer meal in a 9x13 pan and cook for 25-30 minutes for a 2 serving; 45-50 minutes for 4 serving; 60 minutes for a 6 serving, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. CROCKPOT - Set crockpot to low and cook for 6-8 hours, or 3-4 hours on high. Shred pork when completed and enjoy! ENJOY!
