HOW TO SERVE: We love using this chicken in many different ways! Our very favorite is for homemade pizzas drizzled with your favorite ranch. We also love making grilled cheeses with mozzarella, serving over a sweet or baked potato, or making pulled chicken sandwiches! This chicken stands alone well, too! Grab your favorite salad and enjoy it as is!
For most even and reliable cooking, we recommend thawing before cooking, Leave in the fridge the day before or thaw to your preferred method.

Quick release the pressure and check to make sure chicken is cooked through. If it needs more time, simply seal again and add a few more minutes. The instant pot will come to pressure much faster the second time. When Chicken is Cooked through, remove chicken and either shred or Slice. If you wish for a thicker sauce, let simmer until water cooks out our add a TBS of cornstarch.
