LOADED BBQ CHICKEN

Updated: May 22

HOW TO SERVE: We love using this chicken in many different ways! Our very favorite is for homemade pizzas drizzled with your favorite ranch. We also love making grilled cheeses with mozzarella, serving over a sweet or baked potato, or making pulled chicken sandwiches! This chicken stands alone well, too! Grab your favorite salad and enjoy it as is!

For most even and reliable cooking, we recommend thawing before cooking, Leave in the fridge the day before or thaw to your preferred method.

COOKING METHODS: Instant Pot: add 1/4 cup of water along with contents of bag. Stir well and close lid. From Thawed, close lid and select high pressure for 15 minutes. Quick release the pressure and check to make sure chicken is cooked through. If it needs more time, simply seal again and add a few more minutes. The instant pot will come to pressure much faster the second time. When Chicken is Cooked through, remove chicken and either shred or Slice. If you wish for a thicker sauce, let simmer until water cooks out our add a TBS of cornstarch. Crock Pot/Slow Cooker: from frozen, add to crock pot for 3-4 hours on high. add 1/4 cup of water if desired. Leave water out for more flavor. The slow cooker doesnt burn liquid as easily as a pressure cooker. Oven: from thawed, add contents of your bag to a 9x3 dish or covered sheet pan. grease the bottom before adding to the pan. spread chicken out evenly and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Stovetop: from thawed, add contents of bag to a large frying pan along with 1/4 cup water. on medium heat, cover the pan and stir every few minutes. Cook chicken on each side for about 7 minutes or until cooked all the way. Continue to stir regularly to make sure the sauce does not burn, NUTRITION:
