Gluten Friendly Monster Cookies

Peanut butter-y, chewy, and full of yummy chocolatey goodness. This is a classic Peanut Butter Monster cookie made gluten-friendly with a flourless-based recipe! Enjoy and share with all your friends and family!


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lin a baking sheet with parchment paper and set your frozen or lightly thawed dough balls spaced evenly apart. Bake for 11-12 minutes or when tops of your cookies are golden brown. Remove from the oven. Let cool on the cookie sheet cool on the countertop or a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes before eating.
